Guests must present valid government-issued ID proof at check-in.

Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

No smoking inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.

Pets are not allowed (unless otherwise stated).

Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be chargeable.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel a booking if guests violate the rules.

We use secure payment gateways and do not store card or banking details.

3. Refund Policy

Full refund if the booking is cancelled 7 days prior to the check-in date.

50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before check-in.

No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the check-in date or in case of no-show.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel bookings via our website or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation charges may apply as per the refund policy.

In case of unforeseen situations (natural calamities or government restrictions), the hotel may offer rescheduling or credits for future stays.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of overbooking, with full refund or alternate arrangements offered
